Pricing
Three numbers.All of them published.
A fee for the account, a charge each time money moves, and a margin on anything you convert. That is the whole of it. Most providers publish the first, mention the second and bury the third inside the exchange rate — which is why so few importers can tell you what they actually pay.
- Nothing to open the account
- No setup fee, no minimum balance, no deposit held back.
- The rate before you commit
- You see the conversion rate and the margin in it, then decide.
- Move tiers when you like
- Up or down as the volume changes. A move up applies from the next payment.
The tiers
Pick the one your volume says to
The same account on all three. What changes is the charge on each payment and the margin on conversion, and both fall as you move up.

Work it out
The cheapest tier is not the one with the smallest monthly fee
Bronze costs £600 a year less than Gold and charges a quarter of a percent more on everything you convert. Those cancel out at about £20,000 converted a month. Above that, the cheaper monthly fee is the more expensive account — which is not obvious from a table, so here is the arithmetic.
Move the two sliders to roughly what a month looks like.
Which tier is yours?
Put in roughly what a month looks like. The arithmetic below is the published charges, not a quote.
£49 account · £39.60 in payment charges · £1,200 margin on £120,000 converted
£99 account · £31.60 in payment charges · £900 margin on £120,000 converted
£199 account · £19.60 in payment charges · conversion quoted against your flow
At this volume Gold costs £258 a month less than the most expensive of the two published tiers — £3,096 over a year.
Arithmetic, not a quote. It assumes every payment is a Faster Payment and every conversion is charged at the published margin; CHAPS, SWIFT and anything that has to be chased are charged separately, as set out in the table above. Platinum has no total because its conversion margin is quoted rather than published. Send us a real month and we will price it properly.
Every charge
The whole list, not the highlights
Including the ones most rate cards leave to a terms page: Bacs, CHAPS, cross-border, and what it costs when a payment has to be chased.
A monthly fee, a charge per payment, and a margin on conversion. The charges fall and the margin tightens as you move up, so the tier follows the volume rather than the other way round.

The small print, up front
What the figures do and do not include
None of this is buried further down a terms page. It changes what you actually pay, so it belongs beside the numbers.
- VAT
- Every figure on this page is exclusive of VAT. Where VAT applies it is added at the prevailing rate.
- Moving between tiers
- You can move up or down as your volume changes. A move up takes effect straight away and the new charges apply from your next payment.
- Conversion
- There is no separate fee for converting. The margin is in the rate, and you are shown the rate before you commit — not after.
- Other banks' charges
- Correspondent, intermediary and beneficiary-bank charges can apply to international payments. They are not ours and we do not mark them up.
- When a payment goes wrong
- An investigation charge applies only where a payment needs manual work to trace or correct — not as a matter of course.
- Higher volume
- Above the Platinum tier the pricing is built around your payment profile rather than taken from this page. Send us a month of real activity.
- What this page is
- A rate card, not a quote. What you actually pay depends on onboarding, the corridors you use and the configuration your account is approved for, and is set out in your account agreement.
A rate card on its own tells you very little
What matters is the difference between this page and what is coming out of your account today. Send us one real conversion — the amount, the currency and what you were charged — and we will put the same transaction through these figures beside it.
